* Once you submit your order, we immediately begin processing. Due to our handcrafted nature, orders cannot be canceled or altered (style, size) after confirmation. Please carefully select your style, size, and materials before placing your order.

**18K Diamond Jewelry Policy**

**No Changes or Cancellations:**

* Once ordered, 18K diamond jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized unless there is a quality issue.

**Discontinued Styles:**

* If an ordered style is discontinued, customers can choose a refund or exchange for a different style.

**Payment Refunds:**

* Credit card payments can only be refunded as store credit, not to a bank account or cash. Cash, FPS, or bank transfer payments can be refunded to your bank account.

* Return the item in its original jewelry box, sealed in a clear bag, and include the certificate (if applicable). Items showing damage or signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange.

Other packaging, polishing cloths, bags, and warranty cards are not needed.
